In Windows based PCs, the Recycle Bin is the place where all your deleted files and folders are stored. Unless you know what you’re doing, you would never try and reboot your computer. This way, you will see that through setup, all the files will be copied to your hard disk or the location mentioned by you thereby rebooting your computer. This is also a very good way to wipe off any traces of spywares and viruses from your computer.
