Free email services such as those provided by AOL, Hotmail, Yahoo, Google, and others may have contributed a lot to the growth of the World Wide Web, but just like any other online service, they too are not completely free from technical glitches. Email service available under Microsoft’s Outlook Express also cannot be said to be completely perfect obviously because it too depends on web-based email services such as those listed above.

The most common problem that users face while using email services is the inability to send emails. If you are able to send the email, you can be sure that your Internet connection is working fine and that the problem is something else, most probably a computer virus or worm. For checking this possibility, you will have to scan your computer using an effective anti-virus software.

If you are still unable to send emails, I will recommend that you contact the email service provider. You can also visit online forums and online knowledge databases for resolving email wont send type of problems.
