I love you guys right now. I’m an experienced tech but this ati2dvag stuff was just KILLING me. I tried reinstalling drivers, I tried Omega drivers, I tried OLD drivers, I reinstalled chipset, BUT I never thought of the bridge cintroller. I love you guys so much right now. I figured I’d tell you cause I know at my job I usually only hear back from unsatisfied customers. THANKS a MILLION! I am going to be telling everyone about this site! Cheers!
Hi
I did a clean install on a brand new PC.
I installed Windows XP Professional SP2.
I Installed the Drivers for my Mainboard
I installed Office 2007.
I ran Windows Update and installed all Critical & Recommended Updates to date for Windows & Office.
I installed Nero 8.
I installed Intervideo WinDVD 8 Premium.
It also installs the Installshield Update Manager with it.
Here is where my problem started.
Whenever I open the installshield updater it only shows about 1/5 of the screen (Top) the rest of the windows is just blank (white).
I thought OK the installshield is messed up.
I also Libronix Bible Software which also uses the Install shield update manager.
Now some of the windows in Libronix also shows only the top part and the rest is blank.
Some other programs also do this in certain windows.
What can be the problem? Not sure if InstallShield Updater caused this but that is wherer i noticed it first.
I checked for Viruses and Spyware (Running Kaspersky Internet Security 7).
